Lightning does strikes twice on the same track. Usain Bolt destroys the field in the 200m and breaks the world record set by Michael Johnson (originally 19.32 seconds). Usain’s 19.30 seconds is now the new time that all future runners will be judged. Also, medal hopefuls, Wallace Spearmon & Churandy Martina were both disqualified and finished outside of the medals because of lane violations.
